Meet Moon! This lovely 2-year-old, 22 lb terrier mix is searching for a patient and loving forever home. Moon truly shines when she has another dog to play with, preferring wrestling and zooming around with her canine pals over toys. She's generally a quiet girl who sleeps soundly through the night, but she will alert you to passersby. Moon can be a bit startled and initially nervous, especially around men, but with consistent patience, she has blossomed and warmed up beautifully to her foster dad.

She walks wonderfully on a leash, though her strong terrier instincts kick in when she sees people, dogs, or squirrels – she's a dedicated squirrel chaser! Moon is crate-trained but would much rather be snuggling with her people. She enjoys free roam in her foster home when people are present and does great. Moon would be happy in an apartment or a house. She can be uncomfortable around small children, so an adult-only home or one with older kids who respect her space would be ideal for her. If you're seeking a cuddly, playful, loyal companion with a big personality, Moon could be the one for you!
