He's currently thriving in a foster home with a variety of dog personalities, proving he's a social butterfly who "just gets it." Cricket effortlessly matches energy levels, knowing exactly when it's time to play and when to relax. He's fully house and crate trained, settles in with ease, and has a deep appreciation for the finer things in life, especially a good couch for his signature "Cricket Classic" move. He's also wonderfully gentle with children and has a warm demeanor that makes everyone feel comfortable. Out and about, Cricket is a fantastic companion. He rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and approaches the world with a calm presence. While he doesn't need constant activity, he's always up for an adventure. Cricket is ready to be your easy-going best friend from day one!

Ongoing Health
All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, and a heartworm test and preventative. He will also receive an injectable heartworm preventative.
Training & Support
Cricket is fully house and crate trained and walks well on a leash. He has been assessed by trainers on staff and behavior has been modified as needed.

Transporation
Cricket is currently located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA certified transport system. Transport drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adoptions. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
