Baltos is a happy, adaptable puppy with a playful spirit and a sweet heart. He is social and gets along very well with other dogs, children, men, and women, making him a wonderful family companion. At first, Baltos can be a little cautious when meeting new people, but he is not aggressive at all. As soon as you start talking to him, he warms up quickly, approaches with curiosity, and happily wags his tail. Once he feels comfortable, he loves attention and enjoys being petted. He is a well-rounded puppy who uses a crate, walks well on a leash, and lets you know when he needs to go outside to potty, which is a great start for his age. Baltos loves to play, especially with his toys—he enjoys chewing them and entertaining himself. Baltos is friendly, playful, and eager to learn, making him an excellent choice for a family looking for a loving and fun companion to grow with. This sweet boy is ready to bring joy, playfulness, and affection into his forever home. Please understand that our rescued pets are the most important to us. They are animals that are sentient beings who have been rescued from situations of severe abuse and abandonment.
Ideal Home
We are looking for an active family that enjoys outdoor activities and has a home with a fenced backyard. Experience with dog behavior and training is highly preferred, or a willingness to hire a trainer. A high tolerance and patience for rescued puppies is essential.
Ongoing Health
Baltos has received comprehensive veterinary care, including a spay/neuter certificate, DHPPI and Rabies vaccinations, Bordetella vaccine, deworming, microchip, a 4DX test, a negative heartworm test, and monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention (Nexgard Spectra). He also comes with a health certificate and vaccination booklet.
Training & Support
Baltos is not yet house-trained. It is important to understand that rescued dogs may require an adjustment period. Patience, understanding, and establishing a routine will be crucial in helping Baltos feel secure and build trust.

Transporation
Baltos is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico, and is ready to travel to the East Coast. Door-to-door delivery is available through a partnered transport company for a fee of $400 USD. Scheduled trips occur 3-4 times per year, and adopters will receive real-time updates on their pet's journey.
