Moo Cow was found as a young pup chained up in garbage, but a kind person rescued him. He's since been trained and is now thriving in a foster home, where he has a best friend to play with daily. He's truly loving and would make a fantastic best friend! Moo Cow walks wonderfully on a leash and enjoys car rides. He deserves a family of his own.
