Tilly Willy, affectionately nicknamed Ms. Beefy, is a delightful approximately 3-year-old, 55 lb dog with a build that's as cuddly as a potato and a heart full of love. She's a short, stocky, and undeniably adorable "small big dog" with the sweetest personality and the biggest puppy-dog eyes. Tilly genuinely adores people, making her foster mom feel like the most important person in her day. She's a true companion, ready to be your shadow, couch buddy, and biggest fan. Tilly has proven herself to be wonderful with children of all ages, showing incredible patience and gentleness. While she might offer a quick, excited jump when meeting new people, she responds well to gentle corrections and quickly settles down. Her tail, a happy indicator of her joy, wags with gusto. Tilly is also a fantastic friend to other dogs, getting along with all sizes and temperaments. She shares her foster home with a confident female pittie and they are the best of pals. Tilly has also shown respect and kindness towards cats. Her energy levels are perfectly balanced; she's chill about 80% of the time, with bursts of excitement for meals, waking up, or greeting her favorite humans, often accompanied by adorable tiptoe dances and happy snorts.
Ideal Home
Tilly would thrive in a home where she can shower her people with affection. She's an excellent houseguest, being crate-trained and trustworthy when given free roam. She is fully potty trained and has excellent house manners.

Training & Support
Tilly is a quick learner and responds well to consistent boundaries. She's easily corrected on leash when she pulls slightly towards a squirrel. She has wonderful house manners and doesn't get into things she shouldn't.

Tilly is currently in the Houston area. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Drop off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. Transport includes real-time tracking, photo updates, and a dedicated Facebook event page. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
