Otis is a handsome 2-year-old boy who, along with his siblings, was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas. He absolutely adores his toys and chew toys! Otis is a sweet and playful companion who loves going for walks and spending time with his people. He's also dog-friendly and would enjoy having a canine sibling to play with, but he'd also be happy as the only dog in the household.
