Meet Roux, a handsome, athletic adult male Border Collie mix who is ready to find his forever home! He's housebroken and crate-trained, making him a great companion for an active family. Roux is a smart boy who loves to play and has the energy to keep up with you on all your adventures. Because he is deaf, Roux relies on visual cues, so a home that can provide consistent training and a safe environment is essential. He’s great with other dogs his size, but his compatibility with smaller dogs is unknown. He is not a fan of cats, so a feline-free home is a must. Roux is an escape artist who can jump a 4ft fence or baby gate, so secure fencing or supervision is crucial.

Ideal Home

Roux would do best in a home with an active family who can provide him with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He needs a securely fenced yard due to his athletic abilities and tendency to jump barriers. He should be in a home without cats and where he can have canine companions around his size.
