Hi there, I'm Harvey! I'm a senior Lab mix with a smart brain and a heart full of love. I'm already house-trained and a well-behaved companion, and I even know a few tricks like sit, shake, and beg! I'm a mellow and chill guy, loyal and ready to be your best friend for life once I get to know you. I do prefer gentle pats and kind words, and I absolutely love a good belly rub! I'm looking for a peaceful place to call home where I can enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Could you give a wonderful senior dog like me a chance? I promise to fill your life with love and loyalty.

Ideal Home

I thrive in a quiet home and would prefer to be the only pet and the only child in the household.

Ongoing Health

I am up to date on all my vaccinations, and I've been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and received flea/tick prevention and dewormer.

Training & Support

I'm already house-trained and know basic commands. I am a bit body sensitive, so gentle handling is appreciated.

Transportation

I am located at the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri in Springfield, MO. We welcome visitors during our adoption hours, Monday-Saturday from 12-6pm, and Sunday from 12-5pm. No appointment is needed to visit.
