Meet Meka, a gentle and loving hound-mastiff mix who is just shy of 5 years old. Meka is a true sweetheart with a heart full of love, always ready to brighten your day. He enjoys cozy snuggles and is a master of melting hearts with his puppy-dog eyes, especially when a treat is involved. Meka is incredibly friendly and eager to meet new people, spreading happiness wherever he goes. He's also food-motivated and eager to please, making him a great candidate for fun training sessions and tasty rewards! Meka is looking for a forever home where he can shower his humans with affection. While he would be overjoyed to stay with his sister, Kalena, his greatest wish is simply to find a place to call home.

Meka would love to find a home where he can be showered with love and affection. While he would be happy to be adopted with his sister, Kalena, this is not a requirement.
Ongoing Health
Meka's adoption fee covers all vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.
Training & Support
Meka is food-motivated and eager to please, which will be a great asset during training. As with any rescue, continued training and understanding will help him thrive and become the best dog he can be.

Transportation
Meka is currently located in Angleton, Texas. He is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Transport is available via comfortable, air-conditioned buses with dedicated staff to ensure the pets' well-being throughout the journey. You will be able to follow along with his transport on a private Facebook event page.
