Captain

Captain's story could have been much sadder. He was waiting in a shelter, too afraid to approach animal control officers, which landed him in a part of the shelter volunteers call "death row." Thankfully, a kind volunteer was able to transfer Captain to safety, and now he's ready to find a loving forever home. Captain is a calm, sweet, and gentle shepherd mix, weighing about 60 pounds. He's just looking for someone to love and shower with affection.

Ideal Home

We are looking for a home that can provide Captain with patience and understanding as he adjusts. For families with children, we require children to be 10 years of age or older, although exceptions are made depending on the circumstances.

Ongoing Health

Captain is up-to-date on vaccinations and is microchipped.

Captain is a gentle soul who needs a patient and loving environment to truly blossom.
