Twitch

Twitch is a charming four-year-old beagle with a heart full of love to give! He's a moderately active boy who enjoys walks, playing with his stuffed toys, and sinking his teeth into a good chew. Twitch is a social butterfly and gets along wonderfully with cats, other dogs, and children. He's a pro at car rides and meeting new people. While he does bark, he's not excessively vocal and can even be a bit shy at times. His favorite pastime is cuddling with his humans, and he'll happily follow you around the house. Twitch is crate-trained and uses his crate for quiet time when left alone, keeping it clean and dry.

Ideal Home

Twitch would thrive in a home with a nice fenced-in yard where he can safely explore. He would do best with another dog to play with, and children are a wonderful bonus.

Ongoing Health

Twitch is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He's all set to join your family!

Training & Support

Twitch is doing well with his house training but will need continued guidance to be fully potty-trained. He has some experience with leash walks and completed them well, but this is a skill his new family will need to continue working on. Twitch has shown an interest in chewing inappropriate items, so it's important to keep small objects, TV remotes, important papers, and books out of his reach.

• Visit www.happypawsrescue.org under the ADOPT tab to fill out a Dog Adoption Application.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for application review and response.
• Approved applicants will be invited to a meet-and-greet or adoption event.
• If it's a good match, you'll complete an adoption contract and pay a small adoption fee. Your new companion can go home the same day!

Transportation

Twitch is currently located in Piscataway, NJ. We generally adopt to families within a 90-mile radius of our home base in Piscataway, NJ, but may consider further distances within the tri-state region if volunteers are available for transport.
