Topaz

Hi there, I’m Topaz! I’m almost 3 years old, weigh about 45–50 pounds, and I’m a handsome mixed breed with a beautiful brown and white coat. Life wasn’t always kind to me before rescue, but I’ve come a long way and I’m so ready to find my forever home. I’ve been waiting for over a year now, hoping someone will finally see the amazing companion I am! I love people and really want to be part of your world. All I need is a chance to show you how much love I have to give.

Ideal Home

I’d do best as the only dog, or with someone who understands how to build safe, positive relationships between dogs. No small kids, please, as I don’t like when anyone messes with my food.

Ongoing Health

I am neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I’m crate trained and house trained, though I’ve spent a lot of time in kennels, so I’ll need a little patience while I adjust to home life again. I walk on a leash but can pull sometimes. I’m smart and eager to learn, so with a little structure, I’ll get better fast!
