I'm Zoe, a sweet 9-year-old lady with the energy of a 5-year-old, looking for a best friend to share my many years of happiness with! Life hasn't always been kind to me, and my ears bear the marks of a difficult past. The shelter staff lovingly call them my "pearl earrings" on my "butterfly ears," and I think they're beautiful. I ended up here when my previous family got a puppy and no longer needed me. While I adore my humans, I can get a little too excited when meeting new people and tend to nibble on hands. Luckily, I have my trusty emotional support ball to help me manage this!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home where I can be the only pet, as I get easily annoyed by other dogs and cats. I'd be happiest in a quieter household, perhaps with someone who is retired, recently an empty nester, or enjoys a more relaxed lifestyle. If you're seeking a loyal companion who will shower you with unconditional love and attention, I'm your gal!

Ongoing Health

My ears have some scarring from a past injury, but they don't cause me any pain and are considered beautiful by my caregivers.

Training & Support

I have a tendency to nibble when excited, but I'm working on it with my emotional support ball. With patience and understanding, I'm sure we can conquer this together!
