Phoenix is the kind of dog who will greet you with full-body wiggles and nonstop excitement every time you walk through the door. This handsome 1-year-old Pit Bull mix is smart, active, affectionate, and always ready to be part of the fun. Whether he's going for walks, playing with his favorite toys, chewing on a bone, or hopping in the car for an adventure, Phoenix is happiest when he's spending time with his people. Phoenix is very social with other dogs and enjoys meeting new people. He is food-motivated, eager to learn, crate trained, and responds wonderfully to affection – especially scruff scratches and belly rubs. He has a fun-loving personality paired with a sweet, loyal side that makes him an incredible companion.

Ideal Home

Phoenix would do best in a home without young children. Older teens who understand and respect dog boundaries may be a great fit. If you're searching for an active, loving best friend who will keep you smiling every day, Phoenix may be your perfect match.

Ongoing Health

Phoenix is up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm preventative, and has been microchipped with registration. He has also been spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Phoenix is crate trained and responds wonderfully to positive reinforcement, especially with treats and affection.
