Casanova

Casanova is a fun-loving gentleman with a big heart, and he's ready to find his forever home! This adult, medium-sized dog is playful, affectionate, social, and loyal. He truly comes alive outside the shelter environment, revealing a personality full of energy and love. After a few years of waiting, Casanova joined us, and it was like a light switch turned on, showing what an incredible companion he can be.

He shares a special bond with Minnie, his daily playmate, and they often engage in spirited, happy bursts of zoomies. Casanova is athletic and goofy, yet gentle at heart. When he first arrived, he displayed some anxious habits due to shelter stress, such as humping when overexcited. However, these behaviors disappeared almost immediately once he settled in. Now, he's calm, well-adjusted, and eager to be someone's shadow and best friend. Casanova has a kind nature, is friendly with other dogs, and thrives when he's part of a family. His enthusiasm sometimes leads to occasional barking when he's excited, but it's all part of his charming desire to be noticed and loved.
