Rocky is a sweet 8-year-old boy, weighing around 14 pounds. He absolutely adores people, kids, and other dogs, and his tail wags with joy at the prospect of car rides and giving kisses. Rocky was deeply loved by his previous family, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, he was surrendered to us. Let's find this wonderful boy the loving forever home he deserves!
