Everyone...meet Max!

If you're seeking a small, loving companion with a big personality, then you must meet Max! He is an adorable, ~2 year, 15lb Chihuahua/Boston Terrier mix full of playful energy and happiest when playing with another dog or with his family. Max and his housemates came into foster when his mom was unable to continue caring for them. While they are used to living with each other, they are not bonded and can be adopted separately. Max is a social boy who loves attention, playtime, and being part of the action. Whether he's chasing toys, zooming around the yard, or soaking up belly rubs, he's always ready to make you smile. He has a good appetite, sleeps soundly in his crate, and keeps it nice and clean like the good boy he is!

Ideal Home

His dream home would include a modest yard where he can safely run and play, along with kids and/or another dog who are ready for a cheerful friend to laugh, play, and make memories with.

Ongoing Health

Max is scheduled to be neutered on July 6 and will able to be adopted later that week provided his incision is healing well. He will also be up to date on core vaccinations, microchipped, and 4dx tested (negative for heartworm and lyme).

Training & Support

Max is making progress with his potty training. He knows to go potty outside but is still learning that indoors isn't the place, so he'll need a family committed to helping him build consistency. With a regular routine and positive reinforcement, he'll continue to improve.
