Pio - The Old Soul Pup

Pio is a 56-month-old, 35-lb sweetheart with the soul of an old friend. He was found abandoned along a busy highway in Puerto Rico, a harrowing experience that tragically claimed some of his siblings. Despite the fear and loss he endured, Pio's gentle heart remained untouched. He's an incredibly calm puppy with an old soul, content to simply be by your side, soak up affection, and quietly observe the world. Pio is gentle, loving, and has the sweetest way of leaning into you for pets, as if making up for lost time. He greets people with a soft, hopeful heart and asks for nothing more than a safe place to belong. Pio has survived the hardest chapter of his life and is now looking for the easy part—a family to love him, a cozy bed, and the promise that he'll never have to face the world alone again. He'll reward that kindness with a lifetime of quiet loyalty and unconditional love.
