Al, Super sweet and friendly pup

Al is a super sweet and friendly pup who was rescued from a high-kill shelter after his previous family surrendered him. Despite a bit of initial timidity, Al is incredibly loving and thrives on affection. He's a playful companion who enjoys a good game of fetch and will happily snuggle up on the couch after playtime. Al is already potty trained, crate trained, and knows several commands. He's not a big barker, except for the occasional UPS truck visitor, and his food motivation makes him a joy to train. Al is about 25 lbs and is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, with ongoing heartworm and flea preventatives.

Ideal Home

Al would love a home where he can play fetch and be a happy pup. A home with or without other dogs is fine, as long as he receives the love and attention he craves. Yards must be adequately and fully fenced; electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Al is up-to-date on all vaccinations and is on heartworm and flea preventatives. He is neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

Al is potty trained, crate trained, and knows commands. He is not a barker, except when the UPS truck arrives. His strong food motivation is a great asset for continued training.

Transportation

Al is currently being fostered in Houston, but he can travel to any state, including Canada, to find his perfect match. Out-of-town transport fees can vary between $150 and $350, depending on the destination.
