Ongoing Health
All dogs at Da Vinci's Dream receive comprehensive veterinary care before adoption. This includes being spayed or neutered (if age-appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed. Adopters can be confident that their new companion has received essential care.
Training & Support
As with most puppies, assume that potty training is still in progress unless specifically stated otherwise. Many rescue dogs come from challenging backgrounds and may require patience, consistency, and training in their new homes.

- We are a foster-based nonprofit dog rescue located in Kentucky. Our dogs live in foster homes, allowing us to better understand their personalities and needs.
- We carefully review all applications to find the best match, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
- As a volunteer-run organization, application review can take up to 10 days, and sometimes longer depending on volume.
Transporation
Maple is currently being fostered in Adair County, Kentucky. We offer transport for approved adopters to select locations, including Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania. Transport is available only after application approval, deposit payment, and signing a transport agreement. More details can be found on our website.
