Luke

Luke is so endearing with his sweet personality and cute underbite! He's a cool dude with a quirky grin and a heart full of love to give. Luke is approximately 6-7 years old and weighs between 40-50lbs. He gets super excited to go for a walk to explore the neighborhood and walks nicely on his leash. He enjoys playing with toys and can 'catch' quite well! Luke can be trusted alone in the home, but he'd rather not be away from his person and will 'howl' to let everyone know he misses you. He'll make someone a great 'velcro' companion!

Ideal Home

Luke would thrive in a home where he can be with his people. Because he can be vocal when left alone, he would not be suited for an attached residence such as an apartment, condo, or townhome. He is good with other dogs, people, and kids, but no cats for this boy.

Ongoing Health

Luke has no known health conditions.

Training & Support

We always recommend training for all our dogs to help them settle into their new homes. Luke can be vocal when he misses his people, so working on this will be beneficial.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance.
• Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval, and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment.
• A generous donor has covered part of Luke's adoption fee, making his adoption donation now $240.
• Adoption donations range between $360-$400, unless otherwise noted. Please contact us for specific adoption donation information.

Transporation

Luke is currently in a foster home and can be transported to the Wags adoption center.
