Meet BB!

BB's story could have ended very differently. She and her babies found themselves at a high-intake shelter where dogs are routinely euthanized simply because there isn't enough space. Thankfully, they were given a second chance—and now it's BB's turn to find the loving home she deserves.

BB is about 5 years old and 45 pounds of pure sweetness. She's the definition of a velcro dog, happiest when she's close to her people. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, working from home, or just moving from room to room, BB will gladly be your loyal shadow. She enjoys the company of other dogs, but if given the choice, she'd much rather be snuggled up beside her favorite human.

Ideal Home

A calm, low-stress environment where she can rest and recover during her heartworm treatment.

Ongoing Health

BB is currently heartworm positive. She will begin the standard treatment protocol, and her adoption will be finalized once she is medically cleared (heartworm negative) and spayed. Heartworms are not contagious and are only transmitted through mosquito bites.

Training & Support

BB is a devoted best friend who will love you with her whole heart. She's ready for the easy life with a soft bed and a loving family who doesn't mind having a four-legged shadow.
