Teddy

Meet Teddy, a charming 9-11-month-old Wirehaired Dachshund mix who's estimated to be around 16.5 pounds. He's a sweet, playful, and outgoing pup who loves to snuggle up in his human's bed. Teddy is still learning the ropes of potty training, but he has successfully figured out the doggy door at his foster home – though he's not a fan of rainy days!

Ideal Home

Teddy would thrive in a home with other small canine companions who can keep him company and play with him. He needs a cat-free home as he is not friendly towards cats. While he hasn't been around children, kids aged 11 and up should be just fine.

Ongoing Health

Teddy is neutered and vaccinated. His recent labwork, including bloodwork and heartworm tests, all came back normal.

Training & Support

Teddy is working on his potty training and has mastered the doggy door. He can sometimes be a bit of a bully when it comes to high-value treats like chew bones, and might try to take them from other dogs.
