Teeter is a tiny tan chihuahua mix sweetheart with a gentle spirit and the softest eyes. At just about 4 months old and 13.2 Ibs, he's extremely shy and still learning that the world is a safe place. With patience, kindness, and a calm home, this little boy will slowly begin to come out of his shell.
