Cobalt aka Kobe

Cobalt, also known as Kobe, is a handsome fellow who was brought to us from San Diego Department of Animal Services. He was experiencing kennel stress and is now looking for his forever home! Cobalt loves his toys, especially his crinkle dog and dinosaur. He's also a big fan of car rides, long walks with plenty of sniffing opportunities, and naps.

Ideal Home

Cobalt enjoys walks and is eager to please, though he sometimes starts out with a bit too much enthusiasm. With gentle redirection, he can learn to walk at a good pace. He is also beginning to nap in a crate when no one is around, but isn't quite ready to sleep in it through the night. He has done well with other dogs of various sizes in his interim household.

Ongoing Health

Cobalt's ears were clipped prior to his arrival, which may give him a more intimidating appearance, but he is a very sweet dog.

Training & Support

Cobalt is working on his leash manners and enjoying crate training.
