Piglet is a truly special little girl who has a gentle presence and a face that only gets cuter the more you look at it. She's a chunky puppy, approximately 1 month old and weighing around 3 lbs. We believe she may be a Chihuahua or Aussie mix, but with any rescue, breed is a mystery! Her mom is about 18 lbs, so she's definitely on the smaller side. Piglet is a joy to watch as she discovers the world, and her personality is blooming beautifully. She enjoys playing with her siblings and toys, but is also perfectly content entertaining herself. Piglet has a lovely balance of independence and affection; she'll seek out cuddles when she's in the mood but is also happy exploring or napping on her own. Her quiet confidence is endearing and will likely make her an easy companion as she grows.

Piglet is a young puppy and will need to complete her puppy vaccination series and be spayed.
Training & Support
Piglet's personality is still developing. She will need a family that can provide structure, establish routines, set healthy boundaries, and introduce her to the world through positive experiences. We require adopters to begin crate training immediately to aid in potty training, habit building, and helping her feel safe.

Transportation
We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real time. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
