Nila

Nila is a lovely girl who is about 1.5 years old and weighs around 48 lbs. She came to us on May 8th, a bit shy and needing time to warm up to new people. Once she trusts you, Nila is a sweet and playful companion. She is looking for a patient family that understands her need to build confidence, and a securely fenced yard would be a wonderful asset for her safety and freedom. Nila enjoys the company of other happy, social dogs, which helps her feel more comfortable and come out of her shell. She's eager to find a loving home where she can blossom.

Ideal Home

Nila would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard and a family experienced with shy or unsocialized dogs, though this isn't a strict requirement. A patient and understanding environment is key for her to feel safe and build trust.

Ongoing Health

Nila's adoption fee includes heartworm testing, parvo/distemper and rabies vaccinations, bordetella vaccination, a 3-day de-wormer, spay/neuter surgery, and a microchip.

Training & Support

Nila likely needs some work on potty training and basic obedience. She is shy initially and may hide, but with consistent positive reinforcement and a patient approach, she will learn to trust and show her playful side.

Transportation

Nila is located at our shelter at 8455 County Home Road, Lisbon, OH 44432. Adoptions must be completed in person at the shelter.
