He was born into a foster home, and while his mom, Rosie, and he came to us, his siblings have found their forever families. Frankie is bonded with his mom, Rosie, and would thrive in a home where he has a canine companion of similar size to play with. He's a playful, loving little guy who is ready to bring joy into your life.
