Pete

Pete is a handsome 7-8 year old boy who would love to show you his sit and paw! He's spent the last few months in a foster home and has learned quite a bit. Pete should be the only pet in the home, as he's a bit of a food and toy connoisseur and prefers to keep his treasures to himself. He also has a knack for "cleaning up" any reachable food, so he can help you stay on a healthy eating kick! Pete is a great companion for adventures, rides well in the car, enjoys hikes, and loves to get the zoomies.

Ideal Home

Pete would thrive in a home with older children or no children. As he's a food and toy guardian, he needs to be the only pet in the household.

Ongoing Health

Pete was heartworm positive and has completed treatment.

Training & Support

Pete will eat anything within reach, so keeping food and tempting items out of his reach will be key to success.
