If you're looking for a low-maintenance cuddle buddy with a hilarious personality, Posey might just be your perfect match! This sweet tripod girl has mastered the art of relaxation; couch potato is honestly an understatement. She loves her meals, adores her beauty sleep, and snores the sweetest little lullaby that can drown out just about any background noise.

Posey's snaggle tooth is part of her signature charm, and her goofy little barking noises for food will keep you laughing daily. She lives for belly rubs, butt pats, cozy naps, and being close to her people. Even though she's pretty independent, she'd much rather hang out with the crowd than be alone. She's wonderful with kids of all ages and would make an amazing family dog for anyone looking for a calm, affectionate companion. She's also great for someone who thinks they're too busy for a dog but still wants the love and companionship only a pup can bring. She's good with other dogs too, though she can be a little bossy at times.

Posey is a tripod and will need lifelong supplements to help keep her feeling her best.

Training & Support

Posey spent most of her life living in a cage, so she's still learning the ropes of potty training. She does very well on a schedule and has very few accidents. She does need assistance with stairs due to being a tripod, so a home without a lot of stairs, or an owner willing to help her navigate them, would be ideal.
