Chiquita

Chiquita is a sweet and smart young lady, born around January 15th, 2025, and weighing approximately 25 lbs. While she might not be the most conventionally "cute" dog, her charming personality and playful spirit make her an excellent companion! She loves to zoom around the yard with her friends and would also enjoy a yard of her own for playtime with her toys. Chiquita is pretty independent and enjoys her toys, but she's also a bit of a character – she likes to "borrow" food and treats from other rescues when she can!

Ideal Home

Chiquita would love to have buddies to play with, but she'd also do well as an only dog. A home with a yard for her to play in, or a family who enjoys taking their dog to the dog park, would be fantastic!

Ongoing Health

Chiquita is up-to-date on her vaccines, including Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. She is also on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives and has been microchipped. She has been spayed.

Training & Support

Chiquita is fairly house-trained but will need some leash and harness training. Given how smart she is, she should pick up on these new skills very quickly!
