Danu

Hello there! My name is Danu, and my foster mom picked this magical name for me because, like the ancient goddess of fertility and abundance, I've shown I have a nurturing side and have been a loving mom. I tend to be a natural leader, but I'm a gentle bossy girl who never makes an ugly face.

I'm a stunning 5-year-old black Bouvier with classic cropped ears and a docked tail. I weigh about 90 pounds and have been working on my fitness to build up my stamina for longer adventures. I'm very affectionate, love giving kisses, and a good belly rub is one of my favorite things!

I've been through a lot, having to leave my home and travel from California to Colorado with my puppy and other Bouviers. Thankfully, a rescue angel and my foster mom helped us all, and now that my male companions have found wonderful homes, it's my turn to find my forever family! I'm a good traveler, love children, and get along well with other dogs.

Ideal Home

A home that will appreciate my loving and confident personality. I'm not a fan of kitties, so a feline-free household would be best.

Ongoing Health

I am current on my vaccinations and have been spayed.

Training & Support

I'm a natural leader and enjoy being in charge, but I do so gently. I'm working on building my stamina for longer walks.
