Meet Daquiri – A Sweet Soul in Need of Love! Daquiri is a 4 ½-year-old bundle of sweetness, happiest when he's snuggled up close. He used to be quite the social butterfly, but a tough experience with another dog has left him feeling a bit shy and unsure around his canine companions. He's now searching for a patient and loving individual or family to help him regain his confidence and feel safe again. With the right encouragement, Daquiri is sure to blossom into the happy, playful dog he once was. He just needs someone to believe in him and give him a second chance.
Ideal Home
Daquiri would thrive in a home with a patient and loving person or family who can help him build his confidence. He would do best as the only dog in the home, or with a slow and careful introduction to any resident dogs, given his shyness around other pups.

Daquiri is a bit shy around other dogs and may need continued socialization and positive reinforcement to help him feel more comfortable. He is a rescue dog and may require ongoing training efforts and understanding as he continues to grow and learn.

Transportation
Daquiri is currently located in Angleton, TX. He is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Our dogs are transported via comfortable, air-conditioned buses with dedicated staff to ensure their well-being. You will receive updates and photos of your pet's journey on a private Facebook event page. Our Adoption Coordinator will help you find the nearest transport pick-up location.
