NELLIE

Meet Nellie, a playful and sweet-natured pup who absolutely loves a good belly rub! Nellie has just the right amount of energy for a long walk but is also content to relax at home with her favorite people. She's been a star in her foster home, learning basic commands and making great progress with potty training. With a regular schedule, she's doing wonderfully with outdoor potty breaks, though she's still learning to signal when she needs to go out, so a consistent routine will help prevent any little accidents.

Nellie can be a bit shy when meeting new dogs and people, but her warm personality shines through once she feels comfortable. She gets along famously with children and has been living happily with respectful human foster siblings. She's learning to navigate new experiences and loud noises and is doing a fantastic job coping with them. She's developing a love for fetch and her favorite toys include sheep, bunnies, and squeaky toys. While she's not highly food-motivated, she does have a soft spot for carrots!
