Spike JuM

Spike is a handsome guy with a "manly" name, but don't let that fool you – he's a total goofball! He's smart, silly, playful, and just so happy to be alive. Spike was rescued from a high-kill shelter in West Texas and has been getting the best care, making friends, and enjoying life. Now, his biggest dream is to find his forever family!

Ideal Home

Spike would do best as the only dog or with a submissive canine friend, as he can be a dominant boy. He's a Husky, so an active home with people who understand the breed is a must. Huskies are known escape artists and shed a lot, so be prepared for both! Spike dreams of escaping the Texas heat and would absolutely love a cooler climate.

Ongoing Health

Spike has successfully completed his heartworm treatment and is now healthy and ready for his new life.

Training & Support

Spike is not yet house-trained. As a Husky, he'll need a family that can provide consistent training and understand his breed-specific needs.
