Greta

Greta is a happy-go-lucky girl who loves people! She's silly, funny, sweet, and such a good girl! Greta is estimated to be 2 years old, weighs less than 45 pounds, and is fully vetted. She is dog-friendly with dogs her size or larger and would do well with a playful and non-dominant friend. Greta loves life and is ready to bring joy to her new furever family.

Ideal Home

Greta would do well with a playful and non-dominant dog friend of similar size or larger. She resource guards food and toys (only from dogs, not people), so it's recommended she is fed and given toys separately from other dogs, and not when she is out or playing with them.

Training & Support

Greta is currently working on 'sit', 'down', 'place', 'stay', 'touch', 'leave it', and loose leash walking.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our out-of-state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location).
• This fee includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old.
• All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention.
• A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.
• Adoption interviews and meet-and-greets occur on video call.
• The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
• We reserve the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-serve basis; our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals in our care.

Transporation

Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption and transport out of state to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags.
