Cece

Meet Cece, a joyful, affectionate Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Bulldog mix with a heart full of love! This 2-year-old, 51-pound wigglebug was found as a stray but has left her rough past behind and is ready to shower her future family with endless affection and kisses. Cece is a world-class cuddle bug who loves snoozing on the couch and snuggling up in bed, though she might claim a bit more than her fair share of the sleeping space! She also enjoys playtime, with tennis balls and stuffed toys being among her favorites. While curious about squirrels on walks, she responds well to redirection. She can be a bit vocal if other dogs bark at her, but she settles down quickly. Cece proved to be a wonderful houseguest, quickly mastering potty training, and she even enjoys bath time!

Ideal Home

Cece would likely do best in a home with older children, as her boisterous nature could be overwhelming for younger ones. She would prefer a home without elevators. We cannot adopt to homes with invisible fences.

Ongoing Health

Cece is spayed/neutered and current on her shots.

Training & Support

Cece may need continued training to help with impulse control, especially regarding toys and her boisterous energy around younger children.

• We do not do same-day adoptions. You will be asked to return for at least one follow-up visit, then take the dog home for a trial period before officially adopting.

Transporation

Cece is located at our Cincinnati-based shelter and can be transported within a 30-mile radius.
