Piper is a 10-month-old pup who, along with her sibling Marley, was found as a stray in Las Vegas. After searching for their owners with no luck, they were brought to us for a chance at a new life. Piper is a true star, with a beautiful face and a determined spirit. She loves to cuddle and is great with her foster sister, Delilah. Piper is a strong chewer and enjoys a variety of heavy-duty toys, especially rope toys for tugging. She has shown polite behavior around cats and may do well with a mellow feline friend with careful introductions. Piper is very curious about countertops and will need guidance to keep her paws off. Her unique vocalizations are her way of communicating when she wants something. Piper is also quite intelligent and has figured out how to open sliding doors, especially when she wants to be with her people!

Ideal Home

Piper would thrive in a home where she can be close to her people. She is a strong chewer and would benefit from a good selection of durable toys. While she has shown good behavior with cats, she would likely do best with a mellow cat and proper introductions.

Piper is up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.

Training & Support

Piper is working on not jumping on counters and needs guidance on keeping her nose and toes to herself. She also needs to be taught not to open sliding doors. Piper is a toy enthusiast and enjoys shredding stuffed toys, so it's best to provide her with heavy-duty chew toys.
