Cayenne

Meet Cayenne! She's a 2-year-old Lab mix who is part of a dynamic duo with her sister, Carolina. Cayenne loves to play and is highly food-motivated, making her an eager and rewarding companion for training. She was rescued from a high-kill shelter and is now ready to start a new chapter in a loving forever home. Cayenne, along with her sister, is also making a difference by donating blood to help other animals in need.

Ideal Home

Cayenne would love a home that can provide her with plenty of playtime and opportunities for training. She can be adopted with her sister, Carolina, or as a single companion.

Ongoing Health

Cayenne has received all necessary vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations, as well as spay/neuter surgery, flea and heartworm prevention, and microchipping.

Training & Support

Cayenne is eager to please and food-motivated, making her a great candidate for continued training. She is socialized through playgroups and one-on-one bonding time, and efforts are made to work on leash training and basic commands. Understanding that she is a rescue dog and may require continued training efforts will set her up for success.

Transportation

Cayenne is currently located in Angleton, Texas. She is available for transportation to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN, and OH. AZ transport is coming soon. Transportation fees range from $100-$500, with Texas adopters having a flat rate fee of $250 for in-state transport. Private custom transport routes and destinations are available upon request with financial responsibility on the adopter's part. For those picking up in Angleton, TX, there is a $75 fee which includes all vetting. Transport is provided in air-conditioned buses or vans with onboard attendants.
