Her foster family says she's the smartest husky they've ever fostered, and with those captivating blue eyes, she'll surely capture yours too. While she may look like she's observing your every move, Lucy is a loving companion who bonds deeply with her family. She's a treat-motivated learner, already showing impressive progress in obedience training, and she's eager to continue honing her skills. This 45 lb girl is also house-trained, microchipped, spayed, and fully vaccinated, making her ready to join your family.
Lucy's journey to your home hasn't been easy. She was surrendered due to a skin condition that her previous family couldn't manage, and sadly, she ended up on the euthanasia list at a municipal shelter. Thankfully, we were able to pull her to safety, and a wonderful foster family has been showering her with love and care. Her skin condition is healing beautifully thanks to a specialized diet, and she's thriving! Lucy enjoys healthy snacks like apples, cucumbers, and broccoli stems.
Ideal Home
Lucy thrives in a structured environment with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. She'd be happiest in a home where someone works from home or with other canine companions to keep her company during the day. She's already living harmoniously with an older dog in her foster home and has made initial introductions with cats, suggesting she could be a wonderful addition to a multi-pet household.

Lucy's skin condition is healing well with a special diet. She is otherwise healthy, spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.
Training & Support
Lucy is a quick learner and highly motivated by treats. She enjoys obedience training and is always eager to learn new things. True to her husky nature, she can be vocal when excited or if her dinner is delayed, but she doesn't bark at visitors. She has shown to be devoted to her pack, including her foster dog sibling.
