Rex is a handsome 5-year-old German Shepherd mix with a heart full of potential, who was found abandoned and searching for help. He's an active, intelligent dog who loves being outdoors and has plenty of energy to explore. Rex is looking for a home that understands working breeds and can provide him with the structure, consistency, and continued training he needs to thrive.

Training & Support

Rex is smart, independent, and enjoys testing boundaries, a common trait in shepherd mixes. He sometimes decides he'd rather keep playing than return to his kennel after exercise. We are currently working on his socialization to help him develop positive interactions with other dogs. He is making progress with structure, routine, and guidance, and would benefit from continued training.
