Scruffles

Hello everyone! I'm Scruffles, a handsome and friendly 3-year-old, 54 lb Rottweiler / German Shepherd mix. My journey began as a stray puppy in Von Ormy, Texas, where locals were kind enough to feed me before a foster stepped in and took great care of me. Lucky me, when I moved to Rhode Island, I took to it like a fish to water! My foster mom says I'm a total sweetheart, well-behaved, housebroken, and very deserving of a family of my own. I love kids of all ages. I am vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped, and more than ready to meet you!

I am an extremely friendly boy, always wagging and smiling, amazing with people and amazing with kids. I have a great personality, a happy demeanor, and a medium-energy level – not overactive, and not boring or lazy, just the perfect amount of energy for playtime, running, family activities, and social gatherings. I am always ready for any fun adventures. I am sweet and affectionate, but not the kissy type, so I won't be slobbering all over you.
