About Dahlia Daisy Flower the MINI Lab

Dahlia Daisy Flower is an 11-month-old, 35-pound "itty bitty labbie pittie" who is as delicate and beautiful as her namesake. She's a sweet and loving pup with a balanced energy, perfect for an active household. Dahlia enjoys morning zoomies, brisk walks with near-perfect leash skills (unless a squirrel is spotted!), and adventuring on trails and in parks. She's a social butterfly with other dogs and warms up quickly to people, making her an excellent camping companion. During the workday, she's happy to snooze at your feet and enjoys playtime with the resident pups in her foster home.

Ideal Home

Dahlia would be happiest with another playful dog in the home or with access to regular doggy daycare if her people work full-time outside the home. While she can live in a dog-friendly apartment or condo, she needs plenty of exercise. She may do well with respectful children aged 8 and up who will engage with her in play.

Ongoing Health

Dahlia is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. She has also been heartworm tested.

Training & Support

Dahlia is crate and house-trained. She may cry in her crate initially when left alone, but she does settle. This is something to consider for homes with shared walls. It is expected that her nighttime crate routine will need to be re-established in her new home, though she eventually loves to snuggle in bed with her humans.
