Meet Dragonfly! This lovely 1-year-old husky mix, as confirmed by DNA results, came to us with her sister, Junebug, after an unexpected litter. Dragonfly was initially quite shy, but her true personality has blossomed in her loving foster home! She's now fully housetrained, well-mannered, and intelligent. Dragonfly can be a bit timid around young children, so she would thrive in a home with teenagers and older. However, she is showing improvement every day! She walks wonderfully on a leash, stays close to her person, and often naturally heels without prompting. She also has a reduced adoption fee!
Dragonfly gets along well with other dogs and truly enjoys playtime. She prefers her own space during mealtimes. Her absolute favorite toy is her ball, which she's even mastered throwing for herself! Recently, she's started getting the zoomies, and watching her is pure joy. She's curious about cats but responds well to redirection and will leave them be when asked. While she was initially a little wary of her foster dad, she's made incredible progress and now seeks him out for belly rubs and affection. If you're looking to earn the trust of a dog who will shower you with adoration, Dragonfly could be your perfect companion!

Ideal Home
Dragonfly is scared of young children, and would do best in a home with teenagers and older, though she improves daily! She prefers her own space during mealtimes.
