Zeus is also a vibrant spirit with boundless energy and a genuine eagerness to please. He has a deep love for playtime, especially with his favorite toys like balls and squeaky toys. His enthusiasm is infectious, and it’s hard not to smile while watching him play. He’s remarkably gentle and patient with children and warms up to adults with friendliness and affection. Zeus is also great with other dogs of all sizes, approaching new canine friends with an open heart, ready to make connections.
Ideal Home
Zeus would thrive in a semi-active, outgoing family that enjoys the outdoors as much as cozying up at home. He dreams of a home with little kids who will curl up with him every day. He is friendly with cats, rabbits, and dogs of all sizes.
Ongoing Health
Zeus is up-to-date on all age-appropriate medical needs, including spay/neuter, vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and deworming. He has a negative heartworm test, negative Lyme disease test, and negative fecal test. His veterinary records will be provided.
Training & Support
Zeus is eager for his daily walks and training sessions, approaching them with enthusiasm and a desire to learn. He is doing well with leash training and responding positively to basic commands. Continued training is vital to setting Zeus up for lifelong success.

- A home visit with Zeus upon adoption is required.
- Out-of-state adopters are welcome at their own expense.
- Zeus is not shipped.
- Adoption fees are payable at the time of adoption.
- Payment plans are not available.
- For former Wags adopters, a donation of your choice is appreciated.
Transportation
Zeus is currently in a foster home in Indianapolis, IN 46502. Traveling to adopters may be possible at the adopter's expense, with a minimum charge of $25 up to $85 in addition to the adoption fee, depending on the number of meet-and-greets and the distance. This travel fee is due when the meet-and-greet is scheduled.
