Josie

Josie is a curious and adorable 8-month-old Chihuahua mix weighing just 6 pounds. As she settles into new surroundings, her sweet personality continues to shine. What started as a shy little puppy has blossomed into a true love bug who enjoys nothing more than snuggling up with her foster family. This little girl is affectionate, intelligent, and ready to form a special bond with her forever family. With patience, consistency, and plenty of love, Josie will make a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home

Josie would thrive in a home where someone works from home and is around much of the day to continue building her confidence and reinforcing her training.

Ongoing Health

Josie is microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and spayed.

Training & Support

Josie is approximately 95% house-trained and crate-trained, and she is making great progress with her leash training. She is eager to learn.

• All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm checked, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives.
• Applicants are subject to a home visit, and veterinary references will be checked.
• We will make every effort to find the right dog for an approved applicant.
