Raquel

Raquel is an eleven-month-old Anatolian Shepherd with an enormous heart and a spirit ready to blossom! She came to us from a challenging hoarding situation where she didn't have the early socialization she needed. While she's a little unsure of new things, Raquel is incredibly sweet and eager to trust. She's making wonderful progress every day and is past her initial shyness. With patience and consistency, she's sure to keep building her confidence!

Ideal Home

Raquel needs a home that understands she's still learning about indoor living, leash walking, and everyday routines. A securely fenced yard is a must, and she'd thrive with a confident, friendly dog companion to learn from. Due to her sensitive nature and still-developing confidence, we recommend a home with children over 10 years old.

Raquel is a healthy girl and all her known medical information is included in her listing.

Training & Support

Raquel is inexperienced and a bit uncertain, not difficult. Patience, routine, and consistency will be key to her success. Having another dog in the home will be a significant asset in helping her build confidence.
