Zoey (Photos 11/5/2025)

Zoey is a sweet 5-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier with a beautiful red/mahogany-and-white coat, a long tail, and hopeful brown eyes. She was surrendered to us after being the victim of an unfortunate dog attack. Zoey sustained wounds to her head, face, and body, and received immediate veterinary care, including drains to help with healing.

Despite her traumatic experience, Zoey quickly learned to trust the kind staff and kennel techs who cared for her. She has been recuperating in our director's office, receiving extra TLC, and her physical wounds have now fully healed. Zoey weighs 45 lbs, walks well on a leash, and absolutely loves car rides!

Zoey is ready to find a loving home where she can continue to heal and feel safe.

Ongoing Health

Zoey's wounds have healed. She will be spayed before adoption.

Training & Support

Zoey has been recovering in our office and has received extra attention from staff, so she's likely to adapt well to a new environment with patience and continued affection.
