About Honey

Honey is a beautiful 2-year-old, 55-pound Labrador Retriever mix with an exceptionally gentle and innocent soul. This sweet girl is incredibly docile, friendly, and welcoming to everyone she meets. She is currently being fostered on a ranch where she peacefully coexists with an assortment of animals including chickens, cats, horses, and other dogs and genuinely loves their company. Honey is a stellar candidate for a family with children. Her foster mom's grandkids visit frequently, and Honey has proven to be 100% kid-friendly. She is the type of dog who happily shares her toys with human siblings. Walking her is an absolute breeze; she is so gentle on a leash that a child could walk her. Additionally, Honey is exceptionally quiet (we don't think she even knows how to bark!) and already fully house-trained. This deserving girl was rescued by our team after animal control removed her and her siblings from unlivable conditions. While her lack of an early loving home makes her a bit shy and timid at first, she remains an incredibly friendly, playful, and affectionate companion. We are looking for a committed, loving adopter ready to give Honey the beautiful life she has always deserved.
