Hi, I'm Bear...and I'm ready to find my safe, happy forever home. I'm a tiny little boy who just wants to be your shadow. I love snuggling up close, giving sweet kisses, and relaxing beside you while we watch TV. Just look at my little eyes looking at you. I'm playful too, but my favorite place is right next to my person. I just want to feel safe, loved, and part of your world. Bear is a miniature Yorkshire Terrier with a gentle, loving personality who thrives in a calm, predictable environment. He is about 90% potty trained and continues to do well with consistency and routine. He is crate trained, though he would much prefer being out with his people. He is truly a velcro dog who just wants to be near you.

Ideal Home

Bear would be an ideal companion for a retired individual or couple, or someone who is home often and looking for a loyal sidekick. He needs a home without young children, but can do well with older, mature children who are respectful of dogs. He does well with cats and other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Bear is neutered, microchipped, and current on his shots.

Training & Support

Bear is about 90% potty trained and continues to do well with consistency and routine. He is crate trained, though he would much prefer being out with his people. He is fearful of small children due to past negative experiences.
